About Raw Milk

Straight from the cow, there is no pasteurisation or homogenisation. This is milk as mother nature intended with absolutely no processes in between the udder and your glass - except of course for cleaning and cooling.

Because the milk is not homogenised, the cream rises to the top - some people perfer to shake it up before drinking!

Here at the Bradley Farm, we have rigorous systems in place from herd management to intensive hygiene systems to ongoing, comprehensive regular testing of the milk.
